Our next employee spotlight is Josh Piper! Josh is a heavy equipment operator and has been with Gana Trucking & Excavating for 8 years. His favorite two things about his job are 1.) every day brings something new and 2.) being a part of a project from start to finish. Over the years, he has worked on many projects, but those very first projects that he worked on stick out in his memory. He learned a lot from senior management back then, and he still carries lessons from them with him today.
Overall, he’s thankful for the opportunity to work at Gana. He describes the company as family-oriented in a small-town environment with great management and lots of opportunities to advance in one’s career.
