Our next employee spotlight is Madonna Rairigh! Madonna has been a truck driver at Gana Trucking & Excavating since 2007. She always loved driving, so when a friend of hers recommended that she try out Gana, she did without hesitation. Ever since, she’s proudly been driving a truck and pup in Lincoln and the surrounding area. Every day is a little bit different, but the majority of her runs are for local construction projects, driveways, garages, etc.
While she loves the freedom of being out on the road, her favorite part of truck driving is taking in the scenery, landscaping, and seeing people out and about in their yards. She enjoys being able to reconnect with regular customers. She says “if you’ve worked with them once, it’s like they become your friends.” Whenever she gets a repeat customer, she makes sure to strike up a conversation and see how they’re doing.

Madonna calls Lincoln home, and when she’s not driving, she loves cooking, baking, gardening, and sewing.
